Committee & Program Leadership

TCA's administrative, advocacy, operating, outreach and policy efforts are guided primarily by its member-based leadership, supported by a full-time professional staff. Member committees are formed to develop and implement many of these efforts. In addition to the committee-led efforts, there are two staff-led programs.

Following are descriptions of the areas of responsibility, including the leaders, staff liaison and committee roster (if applicable) for each. To learn more about joining a committee, please contact the appropriate staff member.  Committee membership is a one-year term, running from March through February in conjunction with TCA's Annual Convention schedule.
