Voluntary Guide to Good Business Practices for Shippers, Receivers, Carriers and Drivers
A joint project of TCA and the National Industrial Transportation League (NITL), the Guide emphasizes reasonable and common-sense treatment of the four primary parties involved in truck transportation.
