2017 Refrigerated Division Meeting Update Information

Q. Why the change in venue?
TCA was informed on June 12, 2017 that the Hotel Talisa was not going to be done with their renovations in time for our meeting in July.
Q: What is the new venue?
TCA's 34th Annual Refrigerated Division Meeting will now be held at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA with pacific ocean vistas and the luxury amenities you would expect from a 5 star resort.
Q: What are the new dates?
The refrigerated division meeting will now be Tuesday, July 11, to Thursday, July 14, 2017.
Q: How will this affect the program?
The program content, special events and comradery synonymous with the Refrigerated Division Meeting will remain uncompromised.
Q: How will this impact me financially?
This change in venue and location will have little to no financial impact on your participation in this event. The Hotel Talisa will be reimbursing TCA as well as its attendees for any additional travel expenditures associated to registered attendees.
Q: How do I submit my flights for reimbursement?
Please complete this form and send all necessary documentation to: MyTCARefund@truckload.org. TCA will submit all documentation to the hotel and ensure attendees receive their refunds following the conclusion of the meeting.
Q: What will happen with my room reservation at the Hotel Talisa?
The room rate for attendees will continue to be TCA’s special group rate of $219.00 per night. Your reservation(s) will automatically be transferred to the Terranea Resort and adjusted to match the new dates for the Refrigerated Division Meeting.
You will receive a new email reservation confirmation when this occurs.Due to PCI Compliance regulation, you will have to provide your credit card to Terranea either by phone or online after receiving your email confirmation.
Q: What if I am no longer able to attend the meeting?
TCA greatly appreciates your commitment to attending the refrigerated division meeting, however, we do understand that this change in scheduling may not work for everyone.
In light of these circumstances, TCA has waived our registration cancellation fees until July 5, 2017. If you need to cancel for any reason, please email Kristen Bouchard and she will take care of your refund.
