TCA is taking a fresh look at human resources issues with an annual conference designed to address recruiting and engagement, fleet management, hiring, related best practices and strategic ideas—WorkForce Builders Conference (WFBCON).

This event drills deeper into the variety of issues executives face and a number of responsibilities managers handle. This includes hiring and retaining drivers, diesel mechanics, and office personnel, as well as attracting new people to the industry.

Through Truckload Academy,Truckload Carriers Association is uniquely positioned to offer advanced education and training for companies devoted to developing a professional workforce.

Attendees earn credits toward Truckload Academy’s new certificates, Truckload Academy’s Fleet Manager Certification Program (recertification), and NATMI certifications. All breakout sessions are assigned to subject matter categories, which are also color-coded on the conference program grid for easy reference.

Fleet Manager Certification

  • Earn credits toward recertification by attending the Fleet Management Workshops.

Truckload Academy Certificates

  • Earn credits toward the Human Resources Certificate by attending the HR/Legal/Health & Wellness Workshops.
  • Earn credits toward the Recruitment Certificate by attending the Recruitment Workshops.
  • Earn credits toward the Retention Certificate by attending the Retention Workshops.

NATMI Certifications

  • Earn credits toward renewal of the Certified Director or Supervisor of Safety (CDS/CSS) designations (all workshops and general sessions apply).
