Trim size is 5.375 in. w. x 8.5 in. h. and the book is spiral bound. Advertisers must furnish a digital advertisement plus match print or acceptable color proof. Electronic files only on CD or uploaded to FTP. HIGH RESOLUTION PDF files PREFERRED. Files in ADOBE InDesign, Quark 5.0 or higher, or Adobe Illustrator/Freehand eps files, Adobe Photoshop files in eps or tiff format. If sending InDesign or Quark files, please collect for output and include all graphics and fonts used.
