TCA has added new advertising software "Double Click" to their system, which allows us the ability to give each advertiser up-to-the-minute data on ad activity. All you have to do is contact TCA for this report. The report will be sent to you by email.

Ad Sizes
Web ads must be 120 pixels wide x 90 pixels deep.
Frequency and Schedule
Web advertising is sold on a first-come, first-served basis in monthly increments, beginning with a minimum commitment of three months. Requests for advertising should be made by the 15th of the month prior to the month in which advertising is to begin and are not final until you receive official confirmation from TCA. Electronic ads should be provided to TCA within five business days after TCA confirms your desired ad space is available.
In order to provide our advertisers with the most exposure and because TCA wants to provide a variety of diverse advertising for our website visitors, we reserve the right to deny or delay advertising based on competitive advertising by like organizations. To help us determine which companies you consider to be your competition, please fill in the appropriate section of the space request form. No ads are final without confirmation from TCA.
Ad Requirements
- Colors: 256 colors maximum
- File Size: 10k maximum
- Resolution: 72 dpi
- Image Format: JPG or GIF
- Animation: TCA prefers static ads; however, animated ads limited to 3 repetitions or less will be accepted. TCA reserves the right to ask the advertiser to submit a static ad if the desired webpage already has too much distracting "movement" on it.
- Links: If the ad is to link to anything, please provide the target URL.
- Ads should be prepared in advance by the advertiser or his designee. Ads should be submitted electronically to MNellenbach@truckload.org.
- If the advertiser is unable to prepare its own ad, TCA can provide this service for an additional fee of $50. Please send the desired wording and graphics for the ad to MNellenbach@truckload.org.
