Trucking is a Hubbard family tradition. Until they retired, Eugene's parents owned a small company, where they taught him to work hard, appreciate the contributions of every employee, and treat everyone with respect. These lessons have served him, and those around him, well. Eugene is well known for his willingness to help out a colleague or a worthy cause whenever the need arises. In his career, he has driven 3.6 million miles, almost 3 million of which have been for Regal Service. |

Bruce's story is one of determination. In the early 80's, he suffered a devastating injury. Threatened with permanent disability, Bruce struggled for several years just to walk again, let alone drive. Now, he has 3.42 million miles to his credit, most of which were driven for Smithway Motor Xpress. Bruce's reputation for diligence and professionalism has earned him the opportunity to become a trainer as well. He not only helps the next generation to develop their technical skills, but also to appreciate the value of communication and teamwork. |
