Charles J. Maly
Shaffer Trucking, Inc.
New Kingstown, Pennsylvania Ray Dunn, President
Prize Package |
As a boy, Charles worked alongside his father on a local farm, where he observed his father and their boss working as "partners." Charles came to realize that mutual respect and trust, built by the two men's hard work, had made them a team and that they would succeed together. This realization became integral to Charles' own success. He has driven 2.3 million miles and has been committed to one company - Shaffer Trucking - for the past 25 years. The confidence he inspires has made him a leader within the company, as well as one of its spokesmen through his role on its truck driving championships team. |
