Hotel Information

The headquarter hotel is the Westin Charlotte. Reservations may be made by calling (704) 375-2600, or reserve a room from our website. Tell the reservationist you are a TCA attendee. A special block of rooms and rates have been reserved. Reservations must be made by April 28, 2008 and are always based on space availability. Special TCA rate not available after May 22, 2008. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund.

Standard accommodations: $155/night.

Substitutions and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made on cancellations received no later than April 25, 2008 less a $75 cancellation and processing fee. Cancellations between April 26, 2008 and May 8, 2008 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued after May 8, 2008. Substitutions are always accepted at any time. Should TCA cancel the program for any reason, TCA’s maximum liability is a full registration refund. TCA is not responsible for travel, hotel or other expenses.
