Wilson Logistics
Springfield, Missouri

From the beginning of my life with Ronald Swearengin, he has been involved in the trucking industry. His first job was with Prime Inc in which he was employed there for 15 years. During that 15 years, we were blessed with four sons, three of which were triplets. Prime Inc treated us as part of their family. When the triplets were born, I was a stay at home mother and Ron had currently been on the night shift but was blessed to be moved to days when the triplets were born. The colleagues that Ron had worked with had taken up a collection to give us as a gift when the triplets were born to buy diapers. Knowing that Ron’s colleagues cared enough about our growing family meant a lot to me. It showed me that the trucking industry is truly family oriented. When the kids and I would visit Ron at work we were always welcome by employees with kind words and smiles.
After Ron left Prime Inc, he was hired by Wilson Logistics a few years later. Ron was currently working a job out of state, and the boys and I were in Springfield Mo trying to sell our house. It was a very stressful time for me. One day Ron received a call from Wilson Logistics wanting to know if he would be interested in coming back to the trucking industry and work for them. It was like a prayer had been answered. They welcomed Ron and our family with open arms and treated us like family.
I believe it is was not for the trucking industry my family would not be where were are today and that is together.
